Fresh and local with a crunchy chewy crust. Not quite Neapolitan style and not quite New York style, we like to think of it as Austin style. We use the highest quality ingredients we can find and usually that means right from our own backyard. Pure and simple. The Italian name Margherita translates to Daisy in English, finished with a dash of earthy truffle oil. Toppings: Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Truffle Oil, Love.
