PIZZA TO THE PEOPLE!

Bola Pizza is known for our truly handmade pizzas using the finest ingredients. Our dough is a 72-hour cold fermentation process that gives you a crust with better structure and delicious flavor. We are often asked if our pizzas are Neapolitan or NY in style. The honest answer is neither, we fall in between with a crust that is crispy like NY, but still a bit chewy like Napoli. Our pizzas are topped the Italian way creating different flavor profiles in every bite.

We use the best ingredients by sourcing locally, then Texas, then the US. Our only imported ingredient is white truffle oil, which we procure from Con’Olio, an Austin importer who has all of their oils tested and vetted for quality before they are imported. We use King Arthur flour to make our dough; no bleach, bromate-free, non-GMO. We are proud to use Bianco DiNapoli organic tomatoes for our sauces. Our cheeses are rBST-free from quality producers like BelGioioso, Lioni, and Bacio. We rely on Niman Ranch for our humanely raised meats so we can make our sausage, chorizo and spiced lamb in house. All the companies we work with have detailed, humane animal treatment programs. In addition, we make sure all of our other supporting ingredients like our cooking oils are non-GMO. We want you to have the highest quality, best tasting pizza you can make at home. A frozen pizza doesn’t have to taste like one!

Our team is the heart of what we do. Our work family is strong, smart, talented and dedicated. It’s a privilege we have been able to grow together as Bola Pizza has gone through ups and downs. Honor is an overused word these days, however I am honored to work with some of the very best people I have ever known in our kitchen and outside of it. We know our team extends beyond our kitchen to our customers, suppliers, in store supporters and anyone who has ever lent us a hand. I love y’all!🍕❤️
